Developing technology has open new areas for companies to increase productivity. At the same time, companies have gained momentum in developing new strategies for talent acquisition and retention. This conjuncture, which creates important opportunities for individuals who adapt to digitalization, will allow for great gains as a result of adaptation and development.

    In this Sisterhood Hour, we will take a look at the talent search of institutions in the world and Turkey, the talent gap they are in, and the future of the business world within the framework of today’s trends.


    About Speaker:

    Feyza Narlı holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Istanbul University. She completed the Master of Business Administration at Istanbul Technical University in 2000. She worked at Oracle, Innova, and Accenture in different positions from consultancy to director. Afterward, she received training in "Brand Management" in London. She participated in different projects both in Turkey and Italy and was promoted to Digital Country Lead at Oracle Turkey. As of January 2018, she joined ManpowerGroup Turkey as General Manager.
